Hotel and Hotel service was great. You need to make the the fee for extra day of parking more clear. Your web site advertised $7 but I was chraged $10.

The Comfort Inn was adequate for our needs, the staff helpful, and the breakfast was appreciated. The hotel at this time is under renovations which did not interfere with our stay. The parking is now off-sight through Air Port Parking and we were very happy with the speed and efficiency with which they worked (ie. shuttle pick-ups and drop-off). There was a mix-up at the Comfort Inn with regards to the deposit that was pre-paid to Parksleepfly. This was successfully rectified when we returned from our trip.

Very disappointed in payment. I paid online for an additional 2 days of parking and when I asked hotel clerk for coupons for extra two days, he said that I would have to talk to the parking attendants. When I talked to them they said that I needed coupons from the hotel. I ended up paying for two more days parking. I was told by attendant to fax my receipt in and they would credit my account for the two extra days and they did not credit my account. I will find parking elsewhere next time.

room was ok. parking was not on site as advertised, had to drive car to parking lot and take shuttle back to hotel the night before. were told in morning that we were suppose to sign up for shuttle the night before, we were not told this when we checked in, desk attendent did call for shuttle to pick us and about 6 others up. we were not the only ones they didn't let know about signing up for shuttle.

I had no problems with my stay. I was surprised to find out there was no hotel shuttle service since my last stay. The parknfly was close by and the shuttle service was excellent. The bus was clean and the driver pleasant.

In the past we would wake up in the morning, eat breakfast, and take the shuttle to the airport. Now, without prior warning of changes, we had to get back in our car and drive to the parking lot with the shuttle. We might as well have just gotten in our car in the morning and driven from home. I strongly feel that we should have been notified of this major change in advance. I did not like being blindsided. The trip to the shuttle wasn't bad, but I feel your company deceived me by changing the rules without informing me or giving me options. For this reason I will not use the hotel again, and I will let all my friends know that I was wrong about how great the parksleepfly option was for fliers.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the hotel was old and outdated looking. The bed was clean but the overall appearance of the room was dingy even though it appeared to have been cleaned. It was fine for one night and the price.

There was a lot of miscommunication by staff. We told the hotel our flight would be arriving after midnight and was told that was ok. No one said anything about losing the room after 3am. Then we were told we had to be out by 11 am. only to find out it was actually 12 pm. so we could have rested another hr. Also, we were only sold parking coupons for 11 days instead of the 15 that we were supposed to have paid for. So we had to pay more in order to leave. Also, we paid a $24 deposit with Park Sleep Fly and it was not included in the bill and had to pay in full for the room. at a higher rate than was quoted by Park Sleep Fly.
