Shuttle to airport in a.m. excellent. Shuttle from airport Awful, as we had to call twice. And waited over 30 minutes. Only two of six mentioned ice machines listed in book were present. Front desk on arrival was slow, rude and unprofessional. Room was very clean and organized

The motel itself was not too bad. When we first arrived in the early morning of March 16 (actually it was about 3 a.m. so would have been March 17 when we reached the motel), there were not any carts available to help us get our luggage to our room and we had trouble getting one of the elevators to work but the front desk clerk helped us. The room was fine and we were able to get a cart the next morning to take our luggage back down to the lobby. The entire driveway/parking lot area was still an icy mess. I can understand that there would still be some patches since a snow and ice storm had gone through the area a few days before but it was impossible to get to my car without walking over ice. I fell in the parking lot trying to reach my car and cut my hand, as well as bruising both knees. If not for the help of two women who were also staying at the motel I don’t know how I would have gotten up and then into my car. The real issue was with the shuttle driver who carelessly tossed around our luggage, breaking items in them and laughing about it, drove recklessly, and did not offer any assistance when we had to get out of the shuttle in an icy area.

Hotel was great, departing shuttle was prompt for 330am pickup time. Arriving shuttle was horrible. We had to load & unload our bags as well as other customers. Plus, we narrowly made our pickup because the driver parked well outside (150 yards) the courtesy van pickup area.

Absolutely awful I can honestly say we will never stay here again. The hotel smelled of weed. It was noisy ALL NIGHT LONG. They didn't have any room on their shuttle to the airport for a 2 hour window so we had to call an uber anyway. That was the whole reason we picked this hotel was to get the shuttle to BWI. I am a very optimimstic person and can always find a silver lining on every dark cloud, but not this one.

The hotel was okay; the room was clean but had a slight odor. The shuttle never arrived when we returned from our trip and the hotel had a disconnected phone. We had to take a taxi from the airport and the hotel staff was extremely rude. Never again will I stay there. I called corporate but never heard back from them. It was the worst experience. That comfort inn should be over hauled. They could of had a sign at the airport telling us the shuttle wasn't running or that their phone was disconnected. Disappointed.

Everything about the hotel was average. Staff was friendly, room was clean, breakfast was ok. Our problem came when we arrived on our return flight To BWI and tried to call the number to get the shuttle back from the airport. The number was disconnected. Someone in BWI customer service tried to help, but it took over an hour to find anyone that could contact our shuttle. Best Western said the phone lines were out of service and they sent a shuttle. We waited another 20 minutes outside. The shuttle arrived and went to the rail, them back through the airport to pick up more people before finally dropped us off at the Comfort Inn. From the time we first started to get our shuttle until we arrived to comfort Inn was 2 hours and 10 minutes. This is not exceptable.
