We were on the third floor of a four story Clarion hotel. We had asked for the fourth floor and told it was completely booked. As it turned out the floor above us was booked by flight crews from China. The people above us were noisy all night and the room to one side used their TV as a noise machine and it also ran all night. When we complained we were told we were not the first to complain about the noise from the crews...but obviously a contracted assured booking is more favorable to the bottom line than the drop in customer...so no joy on the noise.The TV remotes had no batteries....the shower curtain was missing so no shower the morning of departure. We did a small reduction in our over all room fee for the trouble...but will not stay there again.

upon our return, we were unable to get ahold of the shuttle. We had to hire a cab for and additional $26. When we got to the hotel, we were told the phones were out of service.

Absolutely horrible experience and I believe the hotel did not deliver on what was verbally explained with me rgearing shuttle. I was informed by the young lady who worked the desk and shuttle that the departing shuttle leaves on the hour, however the hotel would send a pickup at anytime within the hour. On return trip I phoned hotel prior to the bottom of the hour. A Carlos stated he would send someone now. 15 plus minutes later still waiting. Phoned hotel and Carlos stated there is traffic. This is at approx 845 pm and there is typically no traffic at this time. I phone again about 10 min later. Carlos says, driver should be there any minute. I phone slightly after 9pm, and Carlos say he is unsure where she, the driver is and that he would personally leave to pick us up. At this point I fully understand that they deliberately waited for top of hour to send driver and I stated as much to Carlos. I also stated I was at stop 1D, repeated it to ensure pickup. Approximately 925, I finally see the driver that provided the initial info about drop off and pickups. She stopped briefly at 1C to help someone with a question. We patiently waited for her to assist other person. She eventually pulled up to 1D, then stated she had been waiting for us at 1C. I can see the stop, as it is only 25 ft away and she was not sitting there waiting. I found all aspects of the info and staff to be misleading and untruthful. We waited 1 hour to be picked up, which is not what was stated and expected. I find this practice of misleading a customer absolutely unacceptable. I would have preferred they be honest and state when they would arrive and not continually attempt to mislead. I stood there after a long flight with family and I was absolutely furious. As far as the stay.... one of the beds was broken and everytime I would roll over the bed would make a terrible creeking noise, I stated this to the front office. No apology or any type of accepting acknowledgment. While attempting to exit the elevator I nearly tripped and fell because the elevator door opened with the elevator stopping short by about 4 inches. I would not recommend this hotel or shuttle service to anyone. I also felt somewhat mislead about where I was booking, as I thought I was booking the Clarion next to seatac. I accepted that booking mistake as my own and followed through with booking, however I strongly believe hotel did not come through with what was explained to me regarding shuttle pickup and the lack of any concern for my bad experience. Absolutely unacceptable service and experience.

We had 5 people in our party and booked a room with 2 queen beds. I called the hotel and they said they would make sure to have a rollaway for us. We were suprised that they bumped us up to a nicer room that slept 6 and it was huge. It was like 2 rooms. The morning shuttle to the airport was scheduled and left on time. The only issue was on our return we had to wait at the airport for almost an hour to be picked up from the courtesy shuttle area- oh well I guess it could've been worse. I still liked the hotel.
