Needs one updating and also needs elevators.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Friendly service. A great value for parking and hotel.

Other than the hotel having problems with their phone service, we had no problems at all.... We were very impressed with the entire process.

Great hotel I have stayed here in the past and will continue to use them everytime I travel to the States. Parking is extremely secure and safe. Rooms are very very clean and continental breakfast has always been fresh and a great assortment of choices. Thank you Deb

Very courteous and professional. For some reason, whenever I stay there, my credit card information gets entered manually which always stops service on my card until I call the bank to confirm my use at the Clarion Hotel. Why is that?

Breakfast needs to be at 5 due to early flights. Everything else was great.

Check in horrible, I was told I could have 2 extra days parking and was told they were out of passes and I would have to come back to hotel after trip.. I walked around with all my bags searching for the elevator. After we were checked into the room, they also gave someone else keys to our room and they walked in on me almost naked. Then they said it was my fault because we were in the wrong room. Hotel never called us regarding our complaint.

Hotel staff was helpful and friendly, especially as we arrived late at night, and were tired. Breakfast was served very early, also good as we had early flight. Room was decent, clean. We would stay again

We stayed at the Clarion Hotel and had great service and a really nice room. The parking was right across the street and it was very convenient and timely. I would stay here again.

Hotel was great! Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Service was very easy to use and Park and Fly shuttles were very timely and courteous! Will definitely stay here again!
