While the reception area was"tired", the room was updated and very nice. The clerk who checked us in was not particularly welcoming, but we had no problems at all.

The hotel itself was a clean place to lay our heads before setting out on our trip, and the 5am shuttle was ready for us. We did have several issues, however: Our return flight was scheduled to arrive at Logan at midnight, so we were told we would need to take and pay for a cab back to the hotel, since their shuttle stopped running at midnight. We did receive a contact number, and were given a discounted rate, but there was no indication that this would be the case until we actually got to the hotel, when we told them our return flight was to land at midnight. When we actually got back to Logan, we landed 1/2 hour early, so called the hotel with the hope that we'd still be able to get the last shuttle, but were told we'd already missed it, so we called for the taxi and waited to be picked up. The taxi driver was lovely, and the ride was fine. When we got to the hotel, our car wasn't on site ready to be picked up. Because we had been scheduled to land at midnight on the 16th, they had our car scheduled to be returned from their off site lot on the day of the 16th. There was only one person working at the hotel, and while he did offer us a complementary room for the night, this wasn't going to work for us. I have to say he did everything within his power to get our car back from the lot, which was impressive: he called the driver to come back in, and when the person declined, he took my fiance to the off-site lot to get our car while I watched the desk. So, while our problem was resolved, there shouldn't have been these issues in the first place. The hotel needs to have a better system in place for managing the cars, and it needseems to be clear from the beginning of the reservation process that there is no shuttle after 11:30 pm.

The only reason this is getting a star is because they don't offer 0 and honestly the receptionist was accommodating. Hotel was remodeled... band aid at best. Mold smells, sticky floors, dust 3 inches deep... I could go on you get the picture. It's a party hotel equaling NO sleep. Partying til 4 am without staff addressing. AND now the cherry... ONE yes ONE shuttle. So if you are sleeping (not) because of an early flight, you may NOT have the shuttle over because they OVERBOOK. Waited over 45 mins for pickup at the airport... ONE shuttle once again DO NOT STAY HERE there is not one redeeming accommodation in doing so
