Hotel was very noisy due to road traffic. Also had a strong smell of cleaning products, so much so that it gave me a headache. We didn't get much sleep due to noise and smell. Renovations were nice, hotel was clean, and staff were pleasant.

Shuttle confusion with unmarked vehicle on pick-up. TV didn't work. Phone didn't work. No water glasses in room. Moved car to off-site parking without informing us of that practice.

The staff at the hotel were helpful and polite. The accommodations were fine. The room is a bit noisy due to the hotel's proximity to the street. There is very little parking around the hotel itself, but when in need of a park and fly, they move your car to a different lot. All went smoothly and well.

I was not impressed. I spent $200 for my room and the phone was not even connected and I did not have a bath tub just a shower. Vending machine was not working and there are many steps to take up to rooms. The shuttle and desk personnel were fine and knew what they were doing. But when I left for the 4am, the clerk did not even ask if I had a good visit and I had to ask for my receipt. Side Bar: I ordered food from a vendor that was on the listing in the room and that did not go well either. I am pretty flexible and give credit and tips where warranted, but will try another business if I am in need again.

Well my car was there when we got back so that's a plus...but it was parked on the road (there were no spots in the lot) and I had to leave the hotel our keys so they could move it into the lot (which obviously never happened). OH and the front desk when we checked in didn't tell us we needed to book a spot on the shuttle in the morning so that was full for the first two time slots and then we had to take a cab ( $20, although front desk said we could get it for a discounted $14) to the airport to make our flight. Then on the way back I called for the shuttle on the plane and they couldn't "hear me"...I decided that a cab ride was better then having to deal with anything more. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable...but I won't be returning there to park sleep and fly...

Hotel was fine. However, parking was very limited. Did not know had to leave keys before booking. Took 15 minutes to find keys upon return. Waited 1hour and 20 minutes for shuttle upon return. When called hotel she kept saying terminals B & C. I corrected her and said I was at Detla terminal A. "Oh, I thought you were at the airport." Had to explain I was at the airport just not terminal B & C.
