Upon return we called the number on the card that was given to us 10 times before someone answered. Then the directions for the shuttle on the card was wrong, when asked to clarify the hotel receptionist gave us more wrong directions. After finally tracking down the shuttle the driver never helped with any of our bags( we were traveling with 2 children and ski equipment). Everyone on the bus was talking about having the same difficulties when they tried calling the hotel. Was extremely disappointed, the whole point was for it to be easy. Have stayed many times at airport hotels with shuttle services and this was by far the worst.

Hotel was okay. The wait for the shuttle pick up, outside, at the airport was an hour and I called ahead as soon as we were clear of customs. We were the only passengers on the shuttle so it was not busy or over packed but the shuttle driver was rude and lazy. He pulled up to the curb and opened the door, we walked up and waited for a second or two for him to get off to help us get our bags stowed on the shuttle. He gave us a nasty and impatient look, said "Hurry Up and Get In" while swinging his arm at us gesturing that we should get on. He did not even move one inch from his seat. I said I can't get these big bags up those stairs, he huffed and grunted at us but still didn't move, at which time my husband was fed up enough that he loaded all our and our children's bags himself while I got my child and our carry on's on board. The whole time the driver never moved from his seat an inch! Needless to say he didn't get a tip and I will never stay at Best Western PLUS Toronto Airport again. Worst experience we have had from a hotel shuttle driver in 20 years of travel. Thankfully this was the only problem with our entire 2017 winter vacation, and we know now where NOT to stay.

Beds were comfy and clean. We did see a cockroach in the bathroom :( Staff in hotel were so nice and helpful. Had difficulty getting info over phone though. When my daughter came in she called many times and no one picked up for shuttle- she had to text me at hotel and I asked for her to be picked up. One woman on phone very unhelpful when I called from home- yet another one (when I tried again) was great. From hotel shuttle worked well and drivers kind and helpful.

The hotel accommodations were adequate. Parking was close to the hotel. Check-in was good. Problems with the shuttle to airport: the shuttle was a 7 person van; more than 20 people were waiting. Since this was the Friday before March Break, one might anticipate such a rider volume. The driver gave a vague answer about another shuttle. Yes, there was another shuttle - in 40 minutes ... Front desk person was of no help - his attitude would be best described as "combative." Took an Uber to airport.

Hotel was fine. The return shuttle - not so much. It was a smaller shuttle that had to have luggage loaded from the back. The driver stood inside the back of the shuttle, waiting for me to pass up a 45 pound bag - way too high. I couldn't do it - luckily another passenger took over. The driver should have been outside the shuttle, loading it from below. That was ridiculous.
