Noisy guests made sleeping impossible. Management made no effort to monitor for noise. Lost three hours sleep starting at 2:45am

hotel is clean ,rooms are great but the food prices are too high and you don't get much. I have never had any problems in the past three times we stayed there.

Hotel was nice with updates. Hotel staff need better customer service skills. Attendant in AM asked if it was my first time using ParkSleepFly & when I said yes, he just put a sticker on my claim card & appeared annoyed when I started to ask questions. I could understand if it were busy, but it was only he & I in the lobby. When I returned I called the desk for the shuttle & was told the driver would be there shortly. I called again after 13 minutes and the same person who answered told me the driver was on his way. When the driver arrives, he told me he was just at the airport dropping people off &when he went back to the hotel, the person who answered the shuttle phone told him she forgot to tell him to pick me up.

Stayed 2 nights, one at the beginning of our trip, and one at the end. Service was great both nights. The rooms looked brand new and were spotless - even my 4 year old commented how nice it was! The location was so convenient and the shuttle service was quick and easy. Would absolutely stay here again!
