Some excitement the first evening, plus the computer system was down. When we returned from our trip, we had fast service for the shuttle and a great room.

A few minor annoyances with our room. Hot and cold water faucets were reversed and one of the mattresses was not situated properly on its stand so was prone to tipping if you sat on the edge. Overall, it was a good experience.

Room was clean. Front desk personnel was friendly. Hotel is very convenient to airport. On return trip, the hotel shuttle never showed up. We had to take a cab back to the hotel. The hotel was kind enough to reimburse us the cost of the cab.

The staff at this hotel are not friendly compared to other Best Westerns. We've only stayed here once before this time and decided to give it a try again. However, it always seems that they are in a hurry to get rid of us when we check in. We always have to ask about parking, the shuttle pickup as nothing is volunteered so its' doubtful we will stay in this hotel on our next travel. However, the shuttle drivers are great people and are very cordial.

The hotel was ok. We had some things that didn't work in our room. The room seemed cleaned. The front desk staff was friendly when we were there, not as much when we called. Our biggest issue was with the shuttle. We had no problem with getting to the airport but getting back was another problem. We traveled with 3 young children. We got back from a cross country flight and called the hotel once we got our bags. We waited about 15 minutes and saw the van whiz by the place they told us to wait. We called back. The front desk *finally* answered the phone and said "I don't know what happened." Another 10 minutes the driver did EXACTLY the same thing again. This time we hollered and waved trying to get his attention, he looked at us and kept on driving. We called the front desk back and when she finally answered she told us to take a cab and they will reimburse us. Ok we are a family of 5 with 2 pieces of luggage each. How realistic is that? My husband took a cab and left me with the kids and luggage. He was able to get to the hotel by cab and part way back to the airport before the van finally got there.
