Hotel was fine for one night stay before flying out of BWI, but just an okay hotel. There were four of us in the room and only two sets of towels. Sheets didn't stay on beds. Parking lot was packed. Were told to make sure we were in a parking spot and not on a curb. We were lucky to find a spot, but lots of others were parked illegally. Hotel staff were very friendly. Airport shuttle convenient.

The hotel was fine for our needs since we only needed it to sleep 4-5 hours. However, one of the biggest reasons we stayed there was to take their van shuttle to the airport. Upon check-in, we were told the van was full from 3am-6am. We were forced to use Uber to get to the terminal. We were never informed that reservations were needed for the shuttle.

Hotel outdated & did not have enough parking. It was difficult getting thru & being assisted timely by phone (person working front desk was also fielding phone calls). Instructions received for pick up from airport were to call from baggage claim and tell the operator what door we were at. When I called from Southwest door 6, I was initially left on hold by Dominique for over 10 minutes. I finally hung up & called back & was helped by Dominique right away, which indicated to me she had forgotten she'd left me on hold the first time I'd called, which cost me time - it was late and I'd been traveling all day, so I didn't appreciate that. She told me we had to go to door 1 and that the driver was already on his way. We got to door 1 as quickly as we could. Waited & waited. I called the hotel back & Dominique confirmed we'd missed the van & then she asked me if we'd gone to door 15! I reminded her she had told me to go to door 1 and she responded that she gives people a lot of instructions she didn't know what she'd told me, but that the driver was on his way back. Thankfully, he did pull in seconds later. Our drivers both to and from the airport were DELIGHTFUL! Very nice, friendly, funny, helpful, and good, safe drivers. Really wish I knew their names - they both deserve a raise!

At check in we were given a room that we did not request. Iwent back down to the front desk and showed them my copy of my reservation. After about one half hour we finally got the type of room we requested.
