From the North: Take 294 South to 90 West, exit on Elmhurst Road North, left on Oakton, right on Busse Road. Hotel within 1/2 block on left side of street.

From the Southeast/East: Take 90 West to Rockford/Northwest suburbs, exit Elmhurst Road North, left on Oakton, right on Busse Avenue. Hotel within 1/2 block on left side of street.

From the Southwest: Take 355 North to Thorndale, right at light, left at Busse Road/83. Hotel on the left after Oakton Avenue.

From the West: Take 90 East to Arlington Heights Road, left at the light, right on Algonguin, right on Busse Road. Hotel on the right before Oakton. Hotel is located right across from the Habaci Grill and White Castle restaurants.

The hotel itself was ok. Staff awareness and shuttle service awful. They were in the process of transitioning from Quality to Best Western during our travel time of 6-4-16 thru 6-17-17.But did not inform us. The information they gave when we left on the 4th regarding the shuttle service was incorrect. Waited over 1-1/2 hrs. and called 4-6 times So, my first call for pick up - no longer in service but the call was transferred. The remainder of my calls were to the hotel directly. The first three times I called I was given a different vehicle to look for - (1st black, 2nd white, 3rd Quality/super 8 logo) Fourth time told to look for a Bestwestern Logo. When driver finally showed up the vehicle was white with a small BW logo. I was short with the driver (who was very pleasant with me)only to find out he was the ONLY driver. How unfair of a Company to promise service they can't deliver. You can not promise shuttle service every 20-30 minutes or less with 1 driver and this was in the early afternoon before high traffic times. When arriving at the hotel (after apologizing to driver - not his fault) I went in and asked to speak to a manager as I did not want to take out my frustration on a front desk staff. The young girl went back and talked to someone and came back out and said, "Sorry, he said the next time you come back ask for him (Bob Weingart) and he will give you a good deal." I told her "I don't know if there will be a next time, and I think it is terrible that a manager doesn't even come out and speak to a unhappy customer." Not a good experience - would not recommend unless they make some major changes.

The Hotel was very nice and the complimentary breakfast was very good with lots of food. Hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels, and pastries. Breakfast was definitely the highlight of our one night stay. Don't plan of a speedy service for shuttle return from the airport. After scheduling our return time and calling when we landed, they only had one driver working and it would be over 45 minutes to get picked up. We took cab that cost $30. I would plan on this.
