It was clean, the staff was helpful. Good experience!

The hotel staff was great. The room is very basic but clean. We were very satisfied. I have stayed at Luxor and I think the Mardi Gras is a much better value.

Hotel is marginal. It's old, dingy and in a somewhat sketchy neighborhood. Staff was friendly and helpful, but again, the room and hotel was old and tired. There was no problem with the parking. My truck was secure and there was no problem for the 16 days it was there.

I asked for a room off the street and was told there were none available. after a noisy sleepless night I complained to the morning desk clerk, and he said the night clerk was lying, that there were over 100 rooms available. The room was dingy, dirty curtains, toilet bowl had pink algae due to lack of cleaning. There were single pane windows facing one of the noisiest streets in Vegas. Casino was old and only serviced by manual payouts. Shuttle was overbooked and some people were told they would have to wait 2 hours. I would use parksleepfly again but not this hotel.

Everything worked out fine..........

Everything was good, but the shuttle. It should run more hours and be at the air port at set times I shouldn't have to call to get a ride. Because of timing I had to call a taxi both ways. Besides that everything was good.

Bed linens and bathroom were very clean. Although, there were rips and tears in the couch. The receptionists were very professional and personable. Unfortunately, this is a very dated hotel the outside walkways are in great need of cleaning as well as the elevator as I was not sure it was going to make it to the second floor. The elevator was graffitied and buttons were cracked and very damaged. I truly did not feel safe.

The shuttle for this hotel does not start running until 7 am and that doesn't really help if you have a flight that leaves earlier. They end pick ups from the airport early too. You need a did not take shuttle in the experience section. We used Uber to get to the airport and a taxi to get back.

I wish the shuttle ran 24 hours, plane got in at 11:30 pm, had to use taxi
