We booked the room for the stay after our trip. When we arrived at the beginning of our trip everything was ready to go; they had been expecting us. We were given a detailed description on how to contact them on our return. We had no issues. The driver was prompt and courteous.

The hotel was very quiet and staff wonderful. Would like decaf coffee available and the second night the room had a strange smell. I let the staff know when we checked out. The staff were wonderful both times and the shuttle driver warm and friendly! We will come back! We prefer this hotel over the other hotels we have tried with ParkSleepFly.

Shuttle driver was talking on his cell phone while driving. SUV was hit while in parking lot while we were gone for a week and hotel did not have any helpful information other than to contact our insurance company. Should have cameras in parking lot or separate lot for park and fly cars.

There was a strong chemical odor in the hotel that only got stronger upon entering the room. Luckily we were only staying the night and leaving first thing in the morning.

The hotel was very good and front desk also. Breakfast was average but at least it was not just continental . The only problem I had was the driver was did not load our bags in the van on the shuttle. The guy that did it was another guest, that I thought was the driver. Then a few minutes later the driver shows up and said lets go and hops in the driver seat. Did not open door or put out a stool for the women to step on or the guy walking with the cane. It was everyone for themselves.
