Excellent hotel, clean and nice room.. The host at the desk Rich, was one of the nicest people we have met at a hotel.. So helpful and easy to talk to... He wanted to make sure we enjoyed our one night stay.. Told us about a great restaurant close by and he was right, it was fantastic (LaGrotta Italian Grill was wonderful)... Rich made sure to call us a cab for our early morning flight and provide us towels so we could use the wonderful hot tub and pool... When we have to fly out of Ft. Myers again, we will be sure and stay here and have already recommended it to friends who are flying in May.. We left too early to have breakfast, but I bet it is great.. Great hotel and wonderful service and host Rich... He deserves a raise.....

We left our car, and immediately, fly off on vacation for 10 days. We arrived back at RSW at 12:45am. At this point there was confusion( it could of been on my part). The clerk at the hotel told me me made a reservation for a cab when we return. Not getting any other instructions I expected a cab to be waiting. We didn't know where to meet it. My wheelchair driver took us across street, and she reluctantly call the hotel. It all worked out fine, but this may be where there could be some improvement. The hotel was comfortable and clean. My husband enjoyed your breakfast. We will stay here again. It was v convenient.

The hotel, staff, rooms, bed, pool, etc. were very good. The ride to and from the airport could have been perfect. Our trip to the airport was absolutely packed and we weren't sure we were even going to make it into the van. We had parked our car off to the side of the hotel, under a tree (thought the shade would be better than full sun for 12 days)....lots of mess from the tree on our return. The ride from the airport back to the car was a disaster. We had been instructed that we would be picked up at Door 5....we did not have baggage to claim so we stood at Door 5, just before you go down to baggage claim area...MISTAKE....there is another Door 5 downstairs. Well we phoned, phoned and waited and waited....no one at the hotel would pick up the phone for our first 5 or 6 calls (which was just over an hour of waiting in the heat). We finally got an answer and were told it was Door 5 downstairs, lovely...so we went down there and waited about another 1/2 hour. The driver both times was excellent....the only negative to me was the fact that IF they had just picked up the phone, we seniors would not have had to wait so long in the sun (with heavy winter clothing on at that). If you read other reviews of mine.....I always dwell on the positive; however, in this case I had to mention this negative; however, if you bear this in mind.....and decide to use Baymont ParkSleepFly, just remember to use DOOR 5 at the baggage claim level, downstairs and your experience then should be fine. Another note, be sure to check your room folio before you leave the hotel.....

Good experience. We would stay there again.

The only problem was we had to use a taxi from the airport (furnished by the hotel) because the shuttle wasn't available, and we had to wait about 1/2 hour for it to come.

We enjoyed the stay at the Baymont both the room and the included breakfast. The staff was very thorough at check-in making sure our parking was included and correct. The parking area was well-lit and secure. We would use this hotel again.
