This hotel is outdated and has an odd smell. The room was clean and our trip from the hotel to the airport was perfect. We have stayed here before and liked that we parked in the hotel lot rather than airport parking and the shuttle running to the airport has always been very efficient. However, this time, we also booked a night at the end of our trip. Our flight was delayed and we landed at 1:30am. We called for the shuttle while picking up our bags and had to call three more times before we saw the shuttle. The third time, the desk clerk finally told us the shuttle was white andvsaidv"four points" on it. This made us annoyed because there had been a shuttle that matched that description there earlier but we were looking for a Baymont Inn shuttle because that is what had taken us to the airport. Once we finally did get on the shuttle, we started toward the hotel then turned around to go back to the airport to pick up someone else who was not there. We could tell the shuttle driver was as frustrated as we were.

The hotel was nice, but we paid for the Park Sleep Fly package. When we arrived home from our flight, we called and told them we were ready for the shuttle pick up. We waited in the pick up area for a half hour. I called again. Waited another half hour. Finally gave up and paid for a taxi to get back to our car. Very disappointing.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. The electrical sockets weren't even attached to the wall. The carpeting had stains and is really dated. No close places to eat and their "breakfast" was cereal and Danish. Don't stay here unless your alternative is under a bridge.

The hotel was very nice and clean. The only negative was Delta had dropped off a bus load of people because of a cancelled flight. I waited in line to check in for about 40 minutes. Normally, this wouldn't be an issue, but this was 10 p.m. and I had to get up at 4:30 a.m. to catch my 7 a.m. flight. This obviously was out of the hotel's control and the desk person handled it very calmly and professionally. I was impressed!
