Room was dirty, no Internet so I couldn't check in to my flight early, the lady at front desk lied straight to my face and said they have no Internet because it was down and they were hooked in with hotel next door, so I walked next door and asked that hotel if this is true, they laughed at me and said no they aren't hooked in to Baymont and said theirs is fine, I went back to front desk and asked why she lied and all she did was try and back peddle and come up with another story. I will never ever ever ever ever stay at this hotel again !!!!! Waited 45min for a shuttle, they lied to me again saying shuttle was on way, I called 4 times to front desk....absolutely brutal!

Poor review: I was looking for three things: a hotel close the airport, parking for 8 days at Airlines parking, and wifi. I like Airlines parking because trying to get picked up from a hotel shuttle tends to be a pain whereas I have found Airlines shuttles are always available when I return from my trip. Sitting in a hotel with teenagers and no wifi would be unbearable for everyone. The website advertised the Baymont with 9 days of Airlines Parking and Wifi. On arrival there was no Wifi. The desk clerk was unconcerned but he said they had made two phone calls for service throughout the day with no one coming to fix it. There was no remote control for the TV in the room. There were holes in the wall of the room. The clerk gave me a voucher for Airlines after trying to get me to park at the hotel - to which I advised him that I had paid for Airlines. The voucher was only good for 7 days (not 9). The next morning, 4:30am, I spoke to the next clerk who said"I have no idea what this is" when I showed her the voucher. She was not willing to give me another voucher to cover the 9 days for which I had paid. I ended up paying the extra $12 on my return to Airlines. I would never stay here again.

The hotel was exactly what we were looking for. We wanted an inexpensive place to stay that was nice and convenient. The shuttle worked just as described going from the hotel to the airport and there was very little wait time at the airport when we called to be picked up. We'll definitely use this hotel again.

Baymont Inn & Suites did not answer their phone. When I attempted to contact them for my shuttle it took 5 attempts of calling to get someone to pick-up the phone. Additionally, they double charged me for the room and was not able to find my reservation in the system. Fortunately, I had a print out of my confirmed reservation.
