One Star. I was handed a Magnetic Strip Key to a room that was already Occupied. The second try was into a room that had a defective Air Conditioner and a Vanity Sink that had a stopped up drain. I just gave up and went to sleep because I had a 4AM wake up. I could not tolerate another bad assist.

I would not recommend this hotel. It was dirty throughout the hallways and my room itself. Upon arriving I had to clarify that I was going to park and fly and had to ask for details. My room itself looked like there had been a fight inside. The closet door was not on correctly with a crack in the mirror, the light fixture in the bathroom was not on and had been broken and the top door lock had been broken and was not repaired but just patched on the door. The room itself was damp smelling and dirty. When I asked to change rooms I was told I could not as the hotel was booked. This was not safe since my young child could open the door and walk out since the lock was broken. The phone was broken and I had to use my phone to call the front desk. No one answered for 45 minutes. I was given the wrong internet code and no iron in the room. Completely awful experience. Don't go there!

Excellent service, comfortable bed. Hotel seemed a little run down and smelled of cigarette smoke in the lobby. The van driver was the best part of the whole experience and should be commended. He was extremely personable, funny, interested and polite. He did an excellent job helping with bags. If anything about this experience was to be remembered it was him.

The hotel was nice and on the night I stayed was a pleasant experience. However, on our return flight, to retrieve my vehicle, I called and waited 30 minutes outside of Hartford Airport, with my 6 year old daughter, with no answer after 15 calls to the numbers provided inside of Hartford Airport and online. I had to take a cab which costs an extra $25.00 to the Baymont Inn to retrieve my vehicle with my 6 year old daughter!! The staff were rude when I asked for the phone number to corporate and did not offer to pay for the cab fair since my 15 calls went unanswered.

One snack machine on each end of the floor wasn't working, the door handle fell off the door when we closed it and the carpet felt damp. Also, the room smelled musty.

everything was just fine. I left my car there for 17 days, and it was perfectly fine when I returned. Thank you. one issue however : when I checked in around 8 pm, June 29, the lady on the service desk did not know, that I had to give her my car license plate number, days of travel and return date. when I left the following morning, the service desk had somebody else checking me out and i was then told, that I had to leave all this information. I think this needs mentioning, because of possible towing . otherwise I was pleased with the service. thank you Brigitte Tutschka

The staff were really nice, efficient, and caring of our comfort. The room was very dated and must have seen many, many guests. The curtains were torn and shredded in spots - I would think that would be an easy cheap fix, and the hallway smelled like cigarettes and cheap pot -very skunky. When we returned from our trip, it took over an hour and three phone calls to finally be shuttled back to our car. I would use ParkSleepFly again, but not this hotel.
