Think this hotel needed some upgrades. Customer service was not the best. Tried calling the hotel several times as we were running late in to town; the number was constantly busy and no way to leave a message. Also when you dialed the number, the message said thank you for calling the comfort suites???? Found out that they had been the Baymont for at least a year; why was the message not updated????

This was the worst hotel I have experienced in 25 years! The lobby had old dirty chairs that looked like it came from Goodwill. The chairs upholstery was filthy. My room had old dirty and smelly chair. The bathroom had hair on floor and broken towel rack. The broken rack had been that way long enough for it to have been painted over. Breakfast was nasty!! Watery juice and poor quality food. So bad that skipped and got food at airport. When complained to staff they apologized but stated the owner was well aware and "did not care!"

Hotel was dirty and so was room. The thermostat did not work--65 outside and 75 inside. Water ran out of shower to behind toilet. Smoke detector chirped all night. Coffee pot parts missing, on and on and on.

The room was smelly, first of all. There was evidence of a make-over sometime in the recent past, but it had been so poorly executed and not completed, that it was like putting lip stick on a pig. Staff was more interested in talking on the phone or to each other rather than to serve the guests.

Started with filthy parking lot, broken automatic front doors, pool out of service, broken door into bath, juice machine broken, poor odor throughout Ended with no pickup after half hour, rode back with sympathetic driver from adjacent hotel First PSF experience good, but I will no longer use PSF per such poor due diligence

It was old and run down. Pool was closed and out of order, we were never informed of that when we booked it. I picked this hotel because it had an indoor pool and was very dissappointed. Waited a long while to check in. I would never stay there again or recommend anyone. It was a bad experience!!

The hotel was fine. The shuttle to the airport was fine...BUT...the pickup service was not acceptable. We waited for over an hour to be picked up from the airport...then we returned to the hotel to find our car missing. We were actually ready to file a police report for a stolen car when an employee remembered the parking lot had been sealed and some autos had been towed to the back of the hotel...Thank goodness our car was located. This was not a good thing to come back from a vacation and face...we were not too happy with the waiting for our ride to the hotel...then facing a missing automobile.
