My only negative was regarding the driver of the shuttle; he was very abrupt and a bit rude and why he didn't drop us off beginning with Terminal 'A' was a big question; the three of us going to 'A' was on the outside seats of the van so we had to exit the van at 'C' n 'B' And get back in the van, I would have thought he would have checked that before stopping at 'C' first. The hotel itself was awesome and comfortable and the full breakfast was great!!!

Hotel lobby area was filthy! Room was ok but defintely needs upgrading - the whole hotel for that matter! Very short staffed. When we called to get someone to pick us up on our return night it took nearly an hour for him to get to us. He was definitely in a bad mood. Slamming doors. Got out of van to take a call and was yelling at someone on the phone while we were waiting on him in the van. Another man was waiting for his transportation and walked a good ways away from him as he was upsetting the other guy. He drove 65 MPH in a 55 Zone, took curves like a race car driver, rode on the rear end of other cards and we thought he was going to drive through the bar at the toll booth. We were very upset and scared!!! When my husband tried to speak to the manager the lady at the counter in the hotel said she was - we also believe the driver and her were related. when we talked to the clerk in the morning he said it must have been ??? (can't remember the guys name), and kind of laughed it off and said yeah he does have a temper. This is not acceptable and no one should have to go through what my husband and I did that last night. That guy shouldn't even be on the road driving, let alone driving someone else. Hotel has very poor representatives and will never stay there again nor will we refer anyone else to do so.

Called hotel when got back and was given directions where to wait for shuttle. Was told it would be about 20 minutes. After 3 phone calls and over an hour of waiting, I got a new person on the phone and was told the right place to wait. They apologized and said they would come get me. After another wait of over 20 minutes, I was finally picked up. My plane arrived at 3:45. I got back to the hotel for my car at 6:00. Not safe or pleasant.

Hotels telephone was not operating when we returned. We had to take taxi to hotel! $36 later it was 5am not fun. The manager did refund the $36 a few days later.
