Hotel is beyond dated. It is old. Beat up. Getting to the room was inconvenient and checking in took a long time. We checked for bugs, it was so old.

Hotel was HORRIBLE. Was in no way worth a 3 star rating. You can visit their facebook page and see all the terrible reviews this place has received. Our room had no heat, it was an ice storm so we were not able to leave. We went to the dining area to warm up where there was also no heat. When inquiring about the heat we were told "they just opened it will warm up shortly" . After sitting there for 2 hours with no service in the freezing cold for nachos that were horrible I found out the reason he couldn't wait on us was because the one other gentleman he was busy with happened to be the health inspector. To me it looked like they were running drugs in and out of that hotel by the motley crue of people hanging in the bar and hotel lobby. This hotel should be removed from your site. We also asked for a 3 am wake up call and did not get one, I called the front desk for 30 minutes to make sure we at least still had a shuttle and got no answer so I had to get dressed and go out there only to find the young lady at the desk texting on her phone while the desk phone rang and rang. Which then happened to be another lady from Canada who ALSO did not get her wake up call at 2 AM. Upon coming back from my trip I called five times to speak to a manager. Was never called back. Supervisor Steven was very rude. This is an independent hotel and clearly the owner Sam does not or could care less about his establishment or his patrons. Please do yourself a favor do not stay at this filthy place, read the facebook reviews as well. this is a NEGATIVE STAR establishment.
