Bearly decent. Ok for one night. Kind of shady, dark. Difficult to locate, but convenient for shuttle service to airport. The only reason I would stay there. Cost for hotel and parking confusing and questions didn't get answered about charges.

It was a horrible experience. I question the positive reviews I read on the website when we booked. Some reviews were favorable and others clearly had a similar experience. First of all the room was tiny and not well maintained. Sure, the bed was made but the bedspread seemed old and dirty (gross!). There were smears of pink lipstick on the wall about five feet up from the floor (??). The t.v. remote didn't have batteries. The bathroom was beyond terrible. The toilet didn't flush unless you lifted off the tank cover and reached in (my husband had to do this). The sink, bottles of shampoo/conditioner were slimy. The towels smelled of strong bleach and had multiple hairs stuck in the terry nap. Worst of all was the shower. It was small, had a rectangular liner that was stuck to the bottom of the tub. Water leaked out of the tub. Thought at first I needed to be more careful to position the curtain, but then realized it was leaking into the wall and down on the floor. Why in the world would this room be used? We paid a very reasonable rate due to booking early. However, people trying to check in same night were given a much higher rate. I sincerely hope they were given a much cleaner, and better maintained room. Because of our experience I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel room was noisy, as our room was adjacent to a nightclub. We were told to meet the shuttle at 3:30 am but didn't get picked up until 3:50. We phoned 3 times for a return shuttle, which arrived after an hour.

Well my truck got broken into while I checked in and amazingly enough nobody saw anything. I lost over 3k worth of stuff. So I hope whoever stole it enjoys it. I obviously will never be back to there or Newark.

Room was small, clean; beds were not that comfortable. Motel Room door lock was jammed, inside privacy lock had been broken off.

The room was dated and seemed dirty. There was no hair dryer, tissue or toilet paper. Staff upon check in and out were friendly and helpful. We were snowed out of the country and they would not respond to our emails. My mom tried calling them to ask about our vehicle and they said they had shovels and salt for us. When we got back three days later, we had to shovel 3 feet of snow from behind our car and the police and coroner were there. Not a good experience.

Room was dirty and creepy. Parking was crowded and lot was full of construction stuff. Was very concerned about the parking situation and when we got home we found our car full of parking lot scratches. We got back at night and just got into car to get home. Now I have to have my car detailed and buffed out. Hopefully all the damage can be fixed easily. We use PSF a lot and have never been so disappointed.

Room was dank and dirty and just plain creepy. Was very concerned for my car, parking lot was small and full of junk. Shuttle service was fairly quick and ok. Would not reccommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel was dank, dirty and creepy. Was very concerned about leaving car there. Rating: minus 3. I've used PSF many, many times and realize some hotels are better than others, this was so below what we're used to from you.
