When you make your reservation at ParkSleepFly.com, you will pay a deposit, which is a percentage of the cost of the package. The hotel will credit the deposit amount to your bill, and you will and pay the remaining balance directly to the hotel at arrival or checkout, depending on your package. These amounts will be detailed on your Reservation Receipt.
To make your trip as smooth as possible, there are a few important details to remember:
- Additional days of parking, additional guests, or use of hotel amenities will affect the balance due at the hotel.
- There is a $5 Service Fee. This enables us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, customer support, and other valuable services. The Service Fee is not part of the deposit, and will not be credited to your bill by the hotel.
- Transportation, dining, and other features vary by hotel. We provide as much information as possible on the hotel's page, and will be happy to help answer any additional question you might have.

To change your reservation, please contact Customer Service at service@parksleepfly.com or 1-800-PARKING.
To cancel your reservation, please follow these two steps:
- Call the hotel directly at the number on your reservation receipt and tell them you wish to cancel. Write down the cancellation number given to you by the hotel.
- Email service@parksleepfly.com with your name, Reservation ID , and the cancellation number to receive a full refund of your Deposit and Service Fee. If you used Credit for some or all of your payment, that portion will be refunded back to your account as Credit.
Please note that each hotel has its own cancellation policy, but most require that you cancel by 4pm on the day before your scheduled arrival. Failure to cancel in accordance with hotel policy may result in a no-show penalty equal to the full price of the package. ParkSleepFly.com regrets that we are unable to waive or negotiate this penalty, as it is a matter of hotel policy, rather than that of ParkSleepFly.com.

In most cases, free transportation between the hotel and airport is provided via shuttle. See individual hotel listings for details. We recommend discussing transportation details with hotel staff when you arrive. Please be sure to allow ample time before your flight departure for transportation.
We also recommend asking the hotel how to find or contact the shuttle upon your return. In most cases, you will either wait in the airport's designated area for the next regularly scheduled shuttle pickup, use the courtesy phones in the baggage area to contact the hotel for pickup, or use your mobile phone to call the number on your claim check to request pickup.

The details of your package, as indicated on your Reservation Receipt, are guaranteed; however parking longer than planned may result in additional charges, payable directly to the hotel. The hotel will calculate the final amount due, including any additional charges, based on the details of your package.
Please be aware that a shorter parking time than indicated on your reservation receipt will not result in a refund.

Most hotels consider guests under 16 to be children, and allow them to stay free . meaning they don't need to be included in the number of guests when making your reservation. (However, remember to consider them when specifying the number of beds you'll need.) Individual hotel policies vary, however, so we recommend that you contact Customer Service if your reservation includes children, so that we can ensure your reservation is processed correctly.

Not to worry! Just click 'Sign In' near the top right corner of the page, and then click the Forgot Password link. Once signed in, you can change your password anytime; Just click your name in the upper right corner, and choose 'Profile' from the drop down menu. Then choose 'Edit Password' from the menu on the left.

The package price includes one night's stay in a standard room at the selected hotel (either before or after your trip,) plus parking for the number of days indicated in the package. Most packages allow either 2 or 4 guests per room, please see the Details tab on the hotel page for more information. Additional guests or parking for more days than indicated in the package will result in additional charges, please refer to the hotel page for details.
Taxes are not included in the price of the package. For your convenience, ParkSleepFly provides an estimate of applicable taxes on your Reservation Receipt, based on information provided to us by the hotel; Please note that the tax amount on the Reservation Receipt is an estimate, and the final tax due will be calculated by and paid to the hotel.

In the process of making your ParkSleepFly reservation, you'll be asked whether you want the hotel room at the beginning or end of your trip (or both!) Be sure to review your reservation details to confirm that your parking and hotel dates are correct.
If your check-in date at the hotel is at the end of your trip, please go to the front desk and let them know your check.in date and that you are parking your car now. Depending on individual hotel policy, you may be asked to pay the balance at that time.

The hotel's phone number, physical address, and email address will be on your Reservation Receipt, which you'll receive via email once you've made your reservation.

You should plan to arrive at the terminal at least one hour before a domestic flight, and two hours before an international flight. Upon arrival at the hotel, check with the front desk as to when you should be in the lobby for the shuttle.

Yes. In most cases, parking is adjacent to the hotel, and is often fenced and/or covered. Like all parking facilities, the hotel accepts no liability for your car or its contents, so always be sure to remove any valuables from the car and lock the doors.

If you like, you can receive text messages regarding your reservation. You will receive one message when your reservation has been processed, and one a few days before your scheduled arrival at the hotel. Standard text message rates apply. If you no longer wish to receive text messages from ParkSleepFly, please contact Customer Service.

The "Best Rate Guarantee" icon next to a hotel indicates that ParkSleepFly.com offers the lowest price for that package anywhere on the internet. If you find a lower price somewhere else, let us know!

After clicking "Reserve Now," please be patient; it may take a moment for your transaction to be processed. Once complete, your Reservation Receipt will be displayed, and a copy sent to the email address provided during checkout. Your receipt contains all the information you'll need, including:
- Hotel name, address, and phone number
- Reservation details (dates, amount paid, estimated amount due)

To request an email copy of your Reservation Receipt, click 'Help' at the top of the page, then choose the 'Receipt Copy' tab. (If you're having trouble receiving the email, be sure to check your spam folder.) You can also request a faxed or printed copy by calling 1-800-PARKING (1-800-727-5464). Select 'Existing Reservations' to speak to a Customer Service agent.

Here's an explanation of the 'Payment Details' section of your Reservation Receipt:
- The 'Paid to ParkSleepFly' column shows what you paid at the time you made your reservation. The 'Deposit' amount is a percentage of the total package cost, and will be credited to you by the hotel. The 'Service Fee' is a $5 charge that allows us to bring you the convenience of online comparison shopping, customer support, and other valuable services. If you used Credits or a Coupon Code, it will appear in this column.
- The 'Due at Hotel' column shows what you will pay directly to the hotel. The 'Deposit' displays at the top as a negative amount, as you have already paid for this portion of the package. 'Room Charge' is the original cost of the package. Additional line items, like 'Extra parking days' or 'Additional guests' may appear if they apply to your reservation. As a convenience, we provide an estimate of taxes and fees, which may vary from the final amount calculated by the hotel.
Please note that schedule changes or additional services purchased directly from the hotel may result in changes to the amount due.
- The 'Estimated Total Cost' column shows the total of the 'Paid to ParkSleepFly' and 'Due at Hotel' sections.
